COAGULASE TEST:
*checking for the presence of enzyme coagulase which is a clumping factor
used 2 plasma of tubes & inoculated with S. aure & S. epi
* incubated for 24 hours
the S. epi had no presence for clotting is - neg. for coagulase
the S. aure was +pos for clotting enzyme
